Training 1,000 Children & Youth
Raising Kids to Talk Openly Being open isn't weakness—it's courage. Your donation brings The Let'sTALK Program to 1,000 Sri Lankan school children, teaching four core skills: Tell, Acknowledge, Listen, and Keep in touch (TALK). Evidence-based and accredited in Australia, this program helps kids grow into adults who can both give and ask for help. Train mentors to create classrooms where asking for help is seen as a strength, while also using your donations to print learning materials in local languages.

Be the Reason Someone Feels Seen, Heard and Valued
Seen, Heard, Valued These are fundamental to our well-being. Noticing distress and knowing how to listen makes someone feel seen, heard, and valued. That's what a Let'sTALK conversation gives a child. Help us bring it to 1,000. who don't have it yet. Four ways to work with us 10th October 2026: Walk. Join with family, friends, and colleagues. Give. Every rupee teaches a life-saving skill. Host. Run your own walk—we'll show you how. Speak. Share, wear, and post #LetsTalkAndWalk. Let's walk our talk so no one carries their burden alone.

Let'sTALK & Walk - Walking to create a movement and Talking to create awareness.
When there is awareness and a movement, there is change.
Join us for Let'sTALK and Walk, a community walk initiated by 1333 in support of the Let'sTALK Program in schools. Together, we're raising awareness about the importance of talking about concerns before they escalate to bigger issues, including mental illness and even suicide. When things get too overwhelming, always know you can call 1333 for free and confidential crisis support.
We want to remind everyone, especially our children, that it's normal and healthy to talk about what's weighing them down before it becomes too heavy and starts to affect their well-being and performance. Because sometimes, the bravest step is simply starting the conversation. Walk with us. Talk with us. Let's break the silence together.
Commemorating World Mental Health Day 2026
The Let'sTALK Program works with schools to create safe spaces where students feel comfortable talking about their concerns, big or small, before they become overwhelming. This walk brings together students, parents, educators, and the wider community to show support for open conversations around mental health and emotional well-being. Every step we take is a step toward breaking the silence and building a culture where talking is normal, healthy, encouraged, and safe.
